In my capacity as a consultant, I leverage my formal education and training in the arts to offer specialized consulting services tailored for small businesses and nonprofit organizations. My confidence in my creative abilities empowers me to deliver innovative solutions and services that meet the unique needs of my clients. This blend of artistic insight and practical application enables me to approach challenges with a fresh perspective, ultimately fostering growth and development within the organizations I assist.

My journey in the arts began during my high school years when I was honored to participate in a school assembly organized by Ms. Maria Tukeva. This early exposure to the arts not only nurtured my passion but also laid the groundwork for my future endeavors. Following my graduation from high school in 1993 and subsequently from college in 1997, I received numerous accolades, including recipient of multiple grants from the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities, which enabled me to lead the Kuumba Arts and Crafts Program from 1995 to 1998, further solidifying my commitment to the arts.

Throughout my academic journey, I underwent significant personal growth shaped by introspection, lived experiences, and the insights derived from them. These formative elements played a vital role in shaping my beliefs, values, and perspectives on a diverse range of issues. Growing up in a culturally rich environment provided me with a unique lens through which to view matters of diversity and inclusion, enhancing my ability to engage collaboratively with individuals from various backgrounds. My dedication to social justice, fueled by personal experiences with discrimination, inspired me to champion equity and fairness throughout my educational pursuits. The interplay of my reflections, experiences, and evolving ideas has been instrumental in my overall personal and intellectual development, guiding me toward a meaningful career in consulting.
