Formative Years as a Teen

  During my teenage years from 1989 to 1996, I was immersed in a variety of experiences that shaped my formative years in Washington, DC. As a student, I engaged actively in the local arts scene, which provided me with numerous opportunities to express my creativity and connect with the community. One of the highlights of this period was my participation in the Congressional Art Competition, where I showcased my artistic talents and gained recognition for my work. This experience not only honed my skills but also deepened my appreciation for the arts and its role in society. In addition to my involvement in competitions, I had the privilege of exhibiting my artwork at prestigious venues such as the Corcoran Gallery of Art. My piece titled "Evolution of Historical Symbolisms" was displayed in the Hemicycle in 1997, marking a significant milestone in my artistic journey.
