Prior to the development of Contrast in Motion, I sought to gather comprehensive information regarding the application I intended to utilize. This knowledge significantly contributes to the overall quality and effectiveness of the final product. The title is based on real life scenarios that occur in the workplace. “Contrast effect, or contrast bias, is a type of unconscious bias that can occur in the workplace when comparing one person or thing to another instead of assessing them individually.
