The garments I choose to wear do not serve as a reflection of my identity. Rather, my true essence is shaped by the qualities, abilities, and life experiences I have accumulated since my early years at NationHouse. It is these intrinsic attributes that truly characterize who I am, rather than the external appearance dictated by fashion or style.The foundation of my character is built upon principles such as integrity, a strong set of values, moral convictions, and a flair for creativity. These elements collectively contribute to my individuality and how I navigate the world around me.

Ultimately, it is the internal qualities that define me, rather than the superficial aspects of my attire. The journey I have undertaken since my formative years at NationHouse has instilled in me a deep sense of integrity and a commitment to my values and morals. Coupled with my creative abilities, these characteristics form the core of my identity, illustrating that true self-definition transcends mere clothing choices.

Simple White

The necessity for acquiring whiteboards has diminished for me, as I ceased offering educational services back in 2018. Since that time, my focus has shifted entirely. I have been working on my branding and digital art where I utilize various digital applications to express my creativity. In this context, the color white serves a significant purpose, often representing simplicity and clarity in my artistic endeavors. “The concept of Simple White embodies the essence of minimalism, where the purity of the color white acts as an open canvas for creativity and innovation, allowing ideas to flourish without the distractions of complexity. The color white encourages a harmonious balance between creativity and tranquility.”

I am committed to nurturing my projects and honing the services I offer, which allows me to create a meaningful impact.

Djimo Kouyate was from the Malinké tribe, a sub-group of the Mandingo people. Born in Tambacounda, Senegal, he was from a distinguished family of griots who trace their ancestry back to the thirteenth century. A master kora player and a fine singer and dancer, Djimo also played a variety of other instruments including balafon (wooden xylophone), drums, and other string instruments. He worked with the Senegalese National Ballet as a singer and dancer since 1960, and was a founding member of the National Instrumental Ensemble of Senegal."

Photo found on the Internet " Born Eugene Ethelbert Miller on November 20, 1950, in the Bronx, New York, he developed an early interest in literature. His passion led him to Howard University in Washington, D.C., where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in African American Studies in 1972. His time at Howard was transformative - it was here he began to shape his voice, honing his skills as a poet and emerging as an activist. While still a student, Miller founded the literary magazine, 'Obasi,' marking the beginning of his lifelong dedication to promoting the arts. In 1974, two years after graduation, he was appointed as the director of the university's African American Resource Center.
